Dear East Columbus Homeschool community and friends,

We want to remind everyone that ECHO is not a building. ECHO is a community of volunteers who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. Over the past year, homeschoolers have been blessed to have a place to meet-up for learning and fellowship. But as we all know, homeschooling can never really be confined to a building. We enjoy learning from home, at the park, and all over town. For that reason, we've never really need a building for ourselves... and the building on Lehmberg was never intended to be ours.

The building belongs to a community who is seeking a place to go where Christ is at the center. That has always been the purpose for 60+ years, and that will continue to be its purpose.  In this season, God has given a dream, a vision for the building to Mrs. LauraBeth Berry who has been ministering there through Ballet Columbus for the last 14 years. Under her creative direction, the building will now be the location for expanded ministry to the youth, families and the community.

We are looking to restore Sunday ministry in the building as well!
