Cancellation Policy

Purpose The ECHO Resource & Support Center exists to support homeschooling families through faith, family, community, excellence, and discipleship. The facility is intended to provide educational, enrichment, ministry, fellowship, and support opportunities that align with ECHO's mission and values. This policy establishes procedures for facility reservations, room use, partnership benefits, fees, scheduling priorities, and user responsibilities. Reservation Requests All reservation requests must be submitted through the approved Facility Reservation Request Form. Recommended advance notice: • Conference Room: 48 hours • Classroom: 7 days • Event Room/Fellowship Hall: 14 days Approval Process Reservations are not considered approved until written confirmation is issued by ECHO administration. Payment Applicable fees must be paid prior to facility use unless alternative arrangements have been approved. Facility Use Expectations All users agree to: • Respect ECHO's mission and values. • Supervise children at all times. • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment. • Leave rooms clean and orderly. • Return furniture to original placement. • Dispose of trash properly. • Report facility concerns immediately. Prohibited Activities The following are prohibited: • Alcohol • Tobacco products • Vaping products • Illegal substances • Gambling • Activities inconsistent with ECHO's Christian mission • Unsupervised minors • Destructive or unsafe behavior Damage & Incident Reporting Any injury, accident, safety concern, behavioral issue, or property damage must be reported immediately using the appropriate ECHO Incident Report Form. The reserving party is responsible for damages caused during their reservation period. Repair or replacement costs may be assessed. Cleanup Responsibilities Users are responsible for: • Returning furniture to original arrangement • Cleaning spills • Removing trash • Collecting personal belongings • Securing the room after use A cleaning fee of $50 may be assessed when excessive cleanup is required. Cancellation Policy Notice Given Refund 7+ Days 100% 3-6 Days 50% Less Than 72 Hours No Refund Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of ECHO administration.
