FAMILY SCHOOL
ENROLLMENT PACKET
Supporting Families. Strengthening Learning. Honoring God’s Design for Every Child.
Welcome Letter
Thank you for considering Echo Family School as a support and resource for your homeschool journey. We are honored to partner with Hope Educational Services, LLC to provide individualized educational support services for homeschool families who desire academic assistance from a Christ-centered foundation.
We at ECHO Family School believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and that education is most effective when families and educators work together toward a common goal. Our desire is not to replace the home, but to come alongside families as a support and resource in their educational journey.
At Hope, we affirm that every child is created by God with unique gifts, abilities, learning styles, and purpose. Some children learn best through one-on-one instruction. Others grow through small group learning, hands-on activities, repetition, encouragement, structure, or a customized instructional approach. We understand that every homeschool family’s journey is different, and our desire is to meet families where they are.
Together we value:
Faith
We believe that all truth is God's truth and that education should be grounded in biblical principles.
Family
We recognize the vital role parents play in the education and discipleship of their children.
Community
We seek to build meaningful relationships among families that encourage mutual support and fellowship.
Excellence
We strive to pursue excellence in learning, character, stewardship, and service.
Discipleship
We desire to equip students to know Christ, love others, and impact the world for God's glory.
Since parents remain the primary homeschool educators, our role is to assist, support, reinforce, and help families carry out their homeschool goals. We do not replace the parent’s homeschool responsibility. Instead, we come alongside parents as a trusted educational support and resource.
We are guided by Deuteronomy 6:6–7, which reminds families to teach children diligently and keep God’s truth before them in everyday life. We believe education is not only about academics, but also about helping children grow in character, confidence, faith, and purpose.
We respectfully ask each family to commit to:
• Maintaining respectful communication with staff, volunteers, and other families.
• Supporting the mission and values of ECHO Family School which includes at least 4 volunteer hours at the facility.
• Ensuring students arrive prepared and ready to learn.
• Encouraging positive behavior and Christ-like conduct.
• Remaining actively involved in their child's education.
Our prayer is that ECHO Family School becomes more than a place of learning—it becomes a community where families are encouraged, students are challenged, friendships are formed, and Christ is honored in all that we do.
We look forward to walking with your family and supporting your child’s learning journey.
With hope and expectation,
ECHO Family School with Hope Educational Services, LLC
"And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children..."
— Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (KJV)
About Hope Educational Services, LLC
Hope Educational Services, LLC provides educational support services for families, learners, and communities. Through our partnership with Echo Family School, we provide homeschool support services for parents who desire assistance with subject instruction, academic planning, skill-building, curriculum support, and individualized learning support.
We believe children are not one-size-fits-all learners. Each child has a God-given purpose, and each family’s homeschool journey should reflect the needs, strengths, and calling of that child.
Our goal is to help families receive the right level of support while honoring the parent’s role as the primary homeschool educator.
Our Christ-Centered Foundation
Hope Educational Services, LLC provides subject instruction and academic support from a Christ-centered foundation. We believe that God has created each child with gifts and abilities beyond what we may see at first.
Our approach is rooted in prayer, wisdom, patience, encouragement, and the belief that children can grow when they are taught with understanding, structure, and love.
We desire to trust God and the leading of the Holy Spirit as we support families in their homeschool journey. Our goal is to help children grow in knowledge, confidence, discipline, and purpose while respecting and supporting the parent’s homeschool direction.
Biblical Alignment:
Deuteronomy 6:6–7 reminds us of the importance of teaching children diligently and keeping God’s truth before them in everyday life. We believe parents have a sacred role in shaping their children’s hearts, minds, and futures, and we are honored to support that work.

How We Work with Families
We begin by learning about your child and your homeschool goals. Each family is different, so we take time to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, learning style, academic needs, and family expectations.
Together, we will discuss:
-
Your child’s current academic level
-
Subjects needing support
-
Curriculum being used or considered
-
Learning strengths and areas of concern
-
Parent goals for the homeschool year
-
Schedule needs
-
Support level desired
-
Spiritual and character-development goals
-
Materials, curriculum, or resources that may be needed
From there, we work with the family to create a support plan that aligns with the child’s needs and the parent’s homeschool direction.
Our goal is to collaborate with the parent and support the child’s educational journey in a way that is practical, encouraging, and effective.
Social & Peer Interaction Opportunities
Hope Educational Services, LLC understands that children benefit from meaningful opportunities to learn, communicate, and grow with others. When available and appropriate, students may participate in social and interactive learning opportunities with peers through small group activities, guided discussions, collaborative projects, enrichment activities, and supervised fellowship.
These opportunities are designed to support communication skills, confidence, character development, teamwork, and positive peer relationships while honoring each family’s homeschool journey.
Homeschool Options
Families may choose the number of days and level of support that best fits their child’s needs. Hope Educational Services, LLC offers 1-day, 2-day, and 5-day homeschool options in partnership with Echo Family School.
